Two-time German rally champions, Fabian Kreim and Frank Christian will face the world's best rally teams in the ADAC Rallye Deutschland. The SKODA AUTO Deutschland double act will be aiming to secure a top position in the WRC2 class of the FIA World Rally Championship taking place in Germany from 16th - 19th August.
"Of course, this year's WRC rally at home is really special for us too. We are now even better prepared to face tough international competition thanks to having contested the European Rally Championship and intend to show that we can hold our own with the elite. A place in the Top Five of the WRC 2 category would be a dream result," says Fabian Kreim, who showed his class in last year's Rallye Deutschland with a spectacular special stage time in the WRC2 class. He was well on his way to a top-five finish but hit a wild animal, thus ending his chances. Kreim and Christian are hoping to have better luck this year: "We've taken part in three Deutschland Rallyes so far and have gained a wealth of experience. We now know many of the special stages really well and intend to give our home crowd plenty to cheer about!"
